OMG! Hot Slaw Recipe

OMG! Hot Slaw

2 pounds Green Cabbage, shredded
1 Carrot, shredded
12 ounces OMG! - Onion Made Goodness Caramelized Onion Dip
1 Cup Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper

We used a package of pre-shredded coleslaw mix that had green and red cabbage and carrots already mixed up, but you are welcome to cut each separately. Red cabbage can be used if you prefer.
In a saute pan on medium-high heat add the cabbage, carrots and 1/2 cup water and cook until tender. Add OMG! Dip and Sour Cream and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Hot Slaw shouldn't be soupy, but shouldn't be dry either. Serve as a side dish.

OMG! Squash Casserole

OMG! Shrimp Avocado Dip

12 ounces OMG! - Onion Made Goodness Caramelized Onion Dip
12 ounces Shrimp (41-50 P&D, tail off, cooked)
1 avocado, diced
1 bunch green onions, chopped

If you didn't purchase cooked shrimp, do this first and then set aside so they are cool. Once cooled, rough chop the shrimp. If you prefer smaller pieces, cut into your preferred size.
In a saute pan, combine chopped shrimp, OMG! Dip, and avocado. Stir and cook on medium-high heat until bubbly. Transfer into a serving dish and garnish with green onions. We used Snyder's of Hanover Pretzel Spoonz. They make awesome dipping spoons.
